Hi

I want to make stock solutions up using potassium phosphate and potassium nitrate.

What I want is to make the solution the right strength that dosing e.g. 1ml raises the PPM in my tank by the specified amount (lets say 0.01 PPM for phos and 1ppm for nitrate).

Does anybody know a calculator which will do this?

I have searched this site, and used to have a really good F/W planted tank one, but the site is dead :(

Thanks

I guess I'm not sure what you are suggesting.

Personally, I'd make my DIY and adjust the dose to match. My DIY contains 375 g/3785 mL (1 gallon) = 0.099 g/mL.

So if you want to dose 20 g equivalent, you dose 202 mL each day. :)
