I have a killer deal on two different fish, one I have always wanted - the other I have fallen in love with the past year.
One is an emperor angel at 4.5". The other is a french angel at 6.5".

My system is a 250dd display with a 50 gallon sump with a pretty open flow rock-scape.
Current livestock:
Yellow Tang
Purple Tang
Hippo Tang
Sailfin Tang
Oscellaris Pair

I'm not terrible concerned with the emperor. The tank would be just fine for him.

Any thoughts on the french? I have ready tank requirements that are ALL OVER the map. Anywhere from 100-280 gallons. I've also read a 6' minimum and a 10' minimum length. I have seen some videos of french angels that are insanely massive! How long would a 6.5" take to out grow a 250dd Would it be stupid to purchase both for my tank?

Any advice would be much appreciated!

Idk....you're kinda asking questions that are speculation. Its anyone's guess
