Is this for a reef tank or FOWLR?

I'm not seeing any overt problems, so long as your biofilter can keep up with the load.

The list is mostly compatible. The trigger may go after the shrimp.

+1 on the trigger as it may eat the shrimp.
For the lamark angel , just make sure not to get 2 males. 2 Females are ok, or 1 female and 1 male
