stocking a small 30g frag tank. need to raise nitrates.

Hi all,
i have a 30 gallon frag tank with bunch of frags. i have a pair of clowns in there with an rbta. I feed heavy and do reefroids but can't seem to register any NO3 (hanna checker). No skimmer, hardly any algae and I can tell the lps hate it in there. I don't want to dose NO3. If i were to restock this tank again with fish that have high bioload, what would you suggest?
Tank is about 2 years old.

I can’t think of any high bio load nano fish, possibly a mandarin but that would need a TON of pods.
