First reef tank. Starting with fish.
I have a fully cycled (9 weeks) 40b with coralife pink sand and 60 lbs of reef safe rock.
Good numbers and three water changes.
I have a pair of baby Ocellaris clowns in QT for 4 weeks now using Metro+focus, General Cure, and Prazi.
If all goes well, they go into their "forever" home in two weeks.
I am looking for reef2reef eyes on my fish stock strategy.
Here it is in order of introduction to the tank...
1. Pair of Ocellaris Clowns
2. Purple Firefish
3. Royal Gramma
4. Yellow Watchman Goby
5. Carpenter's Flasher Wrasse

LPS corals to be introduced along the way. No SPS

Thanks for your expert opinions![emoji106][emoji106]

Sounds like a good list to me. Might want to add a bubble tip nem for your clowns. If you decide to do a nem do it before adding corals as they will walk all over your tank before they find their happy spot.

Awesome responsible stock list!

You could add a Randalls pistol shrimp to the YWG.

Thanks for the input. Pistol shrimp is in the plan. Im trying to figure out how to coordinate the Watchman QT with the shrimp intro. Should I add the shrimp after the Goby is happy?

Will they pair with the nem on their own?

Some right away, others take time. I have a pair that dove in the nem within seconds of being in the tank, I also have a pair that took 2 months to figure it out lol. I have 7 clowns and all but 2 are in nems, the other 2 host a large torch. Lol

Great stock list honestly. All of the fish are well picked and can happily live their whole life in your tank.
