no, if a fish gets Ich in the wild it’s basicslly immune to it and so with other diseases
So all wild fish get ich in the wild?

Theres a whole lot of ecosystem services a true natural reef provides for parasite and disease control that is nearly impossible to replicate unless you're the insanely talented and patient like @Paul B

Heres my last advice:

You clearly are passionate about this hobby and the sky is the limit. Longevity in this hobby is the most rewarding for me without a doubt. Being able to slowly watch your hard work pay off as your corals and fish grow is amazing. The best way for this to happen is research and more research. You have some great ideas with just one or two flaws.

BUT, not being able to house your dream fish in your current tank is not that big a deal. I can tell, you will be in this hobby for a long time and will be able to house dream fish that you haven't even heard of yet in time.

As a former 14 year old on R2R lol, I totally understand your aspirations and feeling like you're facing a firing squad on here. My dream tank when I was your age was a 15 gallon and I wanted like 15 fish lol. I read and read and decided on a manageable stocking, and here I am 7 years later planning a ray tank.

I guarantee if my first tank was overstocked as I first planned, I would not be in this hobby today. It would've been a non stop uphill battle against algaes and nutrients and I honestly think I would've quit.

Take some time, plan, you have your whole life to own whatever fish you want, start manageable and you'll enjoy it more

if I can have niches filled I will be happy. Mabye a pair of clingfish a green line goby and a small blenny then a mid swimmer
Thats a great plan! Ill look for some fish and get back to ya

Here ya go:

Chalk bass (absolutely love mine he's the best)
Smaller side of flasher wrasses
Coris wrasse could work and are awesome
Coral beauty (had one in my 20L from when I was 15-19)
