I’m sorta new to reef tank. I recently brought a innovative marine. I already cycle the tank for 2 weeks . Brought live rock and dry rock. I was wondering what fish can I stock inside this tank. Dimensions are 36inx15x13. I was thinking 2 or 3 . Any suggestions?

I would go slow add one maybe 2 at a time. I always suggest proper QT to lessen headaches and help your livestock thrive.

Heres a few good links to look through and may be helpful...

From my nano days:

Tailspot Blenny
Pinkstreak Wrasse
Barnacle Blennies
Nano Gobies (Greenbanded especially)
Royal Gramma
Springer's Damsel
Golden / Randall's Assessor

What’s the maximum I can have ?
It would likely depend on the fish and what your proposed maintenance schedule is. You also need to keep in mind that water volume and swimming room greatly decreases with the live rock and sand in the tank. We are getting ready to start stocking a 32G tank and some of the species we are looking at are blennies, gobies, dottybacks, and chromis.

I would say 4-5 smaller fish. Given the dimensions of the 30 Long you might be able to get away with a small wrasse (ie Lubbock's Fairy Wrasse) and that would certainly be a standout addition to your tank as they are very active and curious fish. Here is an example of one as pictures don't do them justice:
