Stocking for 180 Gallon Reef

I'm looking for some input and advice on order of introduction to the tank. I will be using HumbleFish's strict 30-day QT process on all fish introduced to the tank, aiming for a completely Ich-free environment. I understand that a couple of the tangs may have to be rehomed as adults, but I have an active local reefing community that would be able to take in any of the larger fish. Thanks in advanced!

Open Water Eaters:
2 Clownfish
Vrolik's Wrasse
Royal Gramma Basslet
Orchid Dottyback

Algae Grazers:
Hippo Tang
Purple Tang
Kole Tang
Sailfin Tang
Naso Tang
Quoyi Parrotfish
Starry Blenny

Sand-level Eaters:
2 Mandarin Dragonets (will be added in a year or so, once established microfauna population)
Yellow Watchman Goby
Blue Dot Jawfish

Shrimp:
Pistol Shrimp
Fire Shrimp

Its funny, I have a 180 currently. Of those, in my current stocking list, only algae ones I don't have are the parrot and the naso (the blonde of which is on my list for my next fish) you should be fine. I have the clowns and dragonet too


Overall, your stocking list is a good one. For the sailfin try to land a desjardini/red sea tang.
If money is not an issue, you might like the whitetail bristletooth tang better than the kole.

If you can find a dragonet that's tank raised, you'll be ahead of the curve. Between the wrasse, blenny, dottybacks, and jawfish you have a lot of pod predators.

Jawfish might not play well with the shrimp.

I have had issues with my fire shrimp getting aggressive. They killed my cleaner shrimp, I got rid of them since I prefer the activity of the cleaners better anyways.
