Hello all,
Im having a bit of a rough time figuring out what to stock next in my 25 custom all in one reef. Problem i am having is my damsel (free rescue) is a terrorist disguised as a cute blue fishy. He just today chased my clownfish around the tank for about 30 mins. And when i came back from the store the clownfish had jumped and was to far gone to save.

So currently i have a 6 line wrasse and this little devil of a fish in the tank with a cleaner shrimp as well as snails and such.

The problem is what do i add now? Would a maroon be to large? What would you guy suggest?

I can either try to catch the damsel (may be quite tough, ive tried)or i need to introduce something that isn't going to back down from this little nightmare and hopefully put him in his place.

Thanks,
Matt

Your best bet would probably be to rehome the damsel unfortunately:( If not, maybe try some sort of dottyback. Those guys are known to have an attitude as well so might be able to stick up for itself.

Since you have a six line wrasse and a damsel in your tank, I'd add a purple dottyback. Since all three are mean, it will workout just fine for you. :-)

Do you know what species of damsel you have? Even the easier going ones probably won't play nice in that small of a tank.

Sixlines are notorious for being jerks too.

You might be better off catching them both and starting over.

The 6line is a saint honestly this damsel is satan himself. Im ready to pull the 6line add a frog fish and make that damsel a snack. Thats the level of over this fish i am lol. On a serious note if i catch this thing what do you guys think for a tank mate for the 6line.
