Stocking help

Right now the fish I’m getting for my 30 gallon tank are:
Saddle Valentini puffer
Pink streaked wrasse
Midas blenny
And the other fish I’m thinking about are the:
Flame hawk fish
Yellow headed jawfish
I have about 2 inches of fine sand right now and I’m wondering if I need more sand for the jwafish? Which do you think I should get or should I just stay with what I Shay know I’m getting? I am open to other suggestions on stocking. thanks for all the help
