Hello,

I currently have a few questions for stocking my 45-gallon aquarium.

I currently own the following fish:

Hi-fin Goby
Firefish
Percula Clown
Neon Goby
Psychedelic Mandarin Dragonet (eats frozen Mysis)

Since most of my fish are bottom-dwellers, I am looking for any peaceful top-dwellers that will fit comfortably in my tank, and get along with my current inhabitants.

Fish that I am considering are:
Blue-Green Chromis
Royal Gramma
Zebra Dartfish
Yellow Tailed Damselfish
Dwarf Angel (Flame, Cherub, or Coral Beauty)
(obviously not every fish will be going into my tank)

Thanks, any help is appreciated!

I highly recommend a group of zebra or scissortail dartfish.

A royal gramma will work well with that mix.

A flasher wrasse could work too.

Thanks! Will the Dartfish get along with the Firefish? Also, I once had a carpenters flasher wrasse, and he was VERY aggressive towards my firefish, I had to take all the rock out of the tank to catch it . Are flasher's normally that aggressive? Ir did I just get unlucky? Also, are grammas aggressive?

Dartfish and firefish coexist well.

It is unusual for a flasher to be that aggressive, but as your experience attests, it can happen.

Royal grammas usually aren't aggressive either, but they can get pretty territorial as they get older.
