Stocking ideas

So I have had a 40 gallon cube for about 3 weeks - a month now. I have a bonded pair of phantom clowns that I love very much, a clean-up crew of some snails and crabs and I also have mushroom, zoanthids and candy cane coral. I eventually would like to at least try a flame angel in my tank so keep that in mind. I also would like to get a starfish. Beyond that, I have no ideas what I should start filling my tank up with! Any suggestions? I love colorful fish and fish with fun personalities and odd behaviors. Thanks in advance for the help!

I already had a royal gramma in the back of my mind, love the purple and yellow color together. I also like the Midas Blenny. I feel like I've read about some wrasses being aggressive, am I wrong? Thank you!

Flasher and small fairy wrasses are quite peaceful.
