Stocking ideas

I have a 13.5 gallon that has been cycling for a month

I'm looking to add 2 fish to start off. I have a single zoa frag in there right now.

I'm thinking

1 ocellaris clownfish
1 red firefish
CUC:
cleaner shrimp
3 astrea snails

I really want to stay understocked

That's probably okay. Some folks will recommend a larger tank for the clown.
