Well I want a lot of Montipora corals and eventually a few clams. maybe a 2-3 fishWhat's your goal? Reef? Fish only? Single showpiece fish? Lots of little fish?
How about a Clownfish and a blenny or goby of some kind? Maybe even a goby/pistol shrimp pair if your using sand
No, those fish need alot of swimming room. You'll be pretty limited on what you can add in that size tank. If it were me I'd throw in a wartskin angler and call it a day (but anglers aren't for everyone)would a 6 line wrasse be possible? how about coral angel beauty. don't really like clow fish.
Or maybe a firefish or cardinal instead of the clownwould a 6 line wrasse be possible? how about coral angel beauty. don't really like clow fish.
I like mandarin golbys... i know you need lots of pods but is it doable wihout a sumpOr maybe a firefish or cardinal instead of the clown
It's possible but will be ALOT of work. You'll want to breed pods and baby brine shrimp in separate containers and build a baby brine shrimp feeder. They are incredible though!I like mandarin golbys... i know you need lots of pods but is it doable wihout a sump
I think you’re ok with a 5” goby in a 24. I have a 18-20” long engineer goby in a 29 nanocube (until my new biocube 32 comes in after the old one cracked). He’s been in a cube of one sort or another since he was a juvenile over 10 years ago and he’s fine.i have a 24 cube and i think 2 clowns and a wrasse might be too much. i'd say 2 mid/high swimmers and one sand swimmer. that's what i have 2 clowns and a goby but be careful. I got a diamond goby mistaken as a watchman and they grow up to 5-6 inches over time. it will definitely need to be rehomed in time. i'd stick to a yellow watchman which stay 3.5 inches
