looking for some ideas on a stocking list for 57 gallon 36"x18"x20" tank. I don't have too much room for stocking left so I want to try and make the best choices for my last additions , currently have 2 ocellaris clowns in the tank , 1 starry blenny , 2 cleaner shrimp , 1 blood shrimp or fire shrimp . Some hermits and snails as well. One of the ocellaris will be switched out because they are stillllll not getting along . Any ideas . I know I would really like a dwarf angel at some point .

I'd save the angel for when the big tank comes along. Definitely. :)

First, I'd say there's nothing at all wrong with enjoying the tank the way it is and just adding coral...maybe one or two more inverts if there's anything you want. I think your list sounds great and entertaining!!

It'll be more enjoyable and cheaper to care for and more stable in the long run with less big animals in it, rather than more....i.e. fish. :)

Understandable , I'm more of a fish person rather then coral. And I have already realized this is not cheap regardless of what I do. Haha I hesitant with the angel anyways , I've read there prone to disease a lot easier then other fish. The fire shrimp actually came out for the first time just now while feeding the fish. And I had to use a feeder called Julian's thing to direct food at the starry , otherwise he probably would've continued to hide in his crevice between 2 rocks. I was just looking at options for when I do decide I want a couple more fish.

I would literally try to enjoy the indecision and prolong it as much as you can. :) Gives you plenty more time for more research and to learn your tank and the critters you already have!

I'm heavily considering a potters angel for my 40 breeder. You might wanna look into that. A 57 would also be good for quite a few different wrasse.

I love our red headed solan fairy wrasse in our 90, however I know most recommend at least 75 or more gallons for most fairy wrasse. (Not an expert here) Otherwise, I'd say you could go with something smaller, like a chalk bass or gramma. Our Royal is out most of the day in the water column.
