Hi I have developed the following stocking plan.

2 Pajama Cardinals
1 Royal Gramma
1 Salifin Blenny
1 Sixline Wrasse
1 Ocellaris Clown

I plan on purchasing a Red Sea Reefer 250 (54 gal display 11 gal sump)

Questions:

1) Does the order of the stocking plan make sense?

2) Dietary and aquasaping requirements are similar or the same , will this lead to the sense of competition and potential issues?

4 Can someone recommend a cleanup crew or should I wait to make that Decision based on results?

5 Lastly there are so many varying calculations on the stocking loads, does anyone think this is to heavy of a load for a 54 gal tank?

I think that is fine, personally I would swap the six line for a flasher wrasse. Six lines have a reputation for being jerks, and should be added last if you stay with it.

Sounds like a good mix. I have a six line wrasse and he is good in the tank. I have 10 fish in a 70 gal reef tank and the load is not and issue.
I also have 3 turbo snails and 2 cleaner shrimp for a cleanup crew. They are good for the tank. Snails tend to knock corals loose but you shouldn't have an issue with a FOWLR.

I'm assuming this is your first tank, so feel free to ignore this if you need to. :)

I like the ideas for switching out the six-line wrasse.

As long as you take your time stocking the tank with that list I think it'll be fine. If you can, I would only add one or two fish your first year, while you get to know them and learn to manage the tank. It'll be much easier to learn, manage...and to learn from mistakes...on a smaller bio-load.

You might even decide to add corals during that time after you and the tank are in a good rhythm. And from a management perspective, corals are a GREAT addition to a fish tank as they are capable of consuming pretty much all of the waste products a fish can generate.
