stocking pods

I am wanting to stock my refugium with pods. My question is what should I use. Copepods or amphipods? Is size the only difference in the 2?

Two different animals. Copepods are usually Tisbe b. that are sold as detrivores. Amphipods are much bigger (1/4" or so when full grown) and way more expensive per animal. Tisbe pods will reproduce much quicker than Amphipods and id much greater numbers.

Should I put both in or just 1 of the 2? Which is more beneficial for my overall setup?
