Hey everyone; I was just wondering what you thought . I am currently considering adding more fish but im not sure what kind of bio load my tank can handle. I have gone up to 3 weeks without a water change with no sign of nitrates. I have a 110 gallon dt, 29 gallon fuge , a ins 80 protein skimmer, run cheato in the fuge. My stocking right now includes 1 tomini tang, 2 percula clowns, 1 carpenters flasher wrasse , and 1 yellow watchman goby. If I can add more that would be great I just don't want to risk it do to inexperience. Tyia.

You should be able to add lots more without much issue. How much rocks do you have in your tank? My setup is similar to yours (120g/40g sump) with over 200lbs of rocks, and I've kept many fish. I prefer smaller fish (when they get large, I remove and trade), so I can keep many. I have 3 tangs, many wrasses, dottybacks, and other fish, close to 15 fish total.

Plenty of room for a few more large ones, or a bunch more small ones.

It will be reef only and I want to also have clams. I have medium peppermint shrimp so that may also be an issue. My tank dimensions are 48x18x30. I want pretty peaceful fish bc I want to attempt a mandarim after a year
