Tank (Waterbox 130.4) is nearly done cycling and looking to start the clean up crew. I am not heavy with rock work, but thinking a handful of snails, a banded coral shrimp, and an emerald crab. Would a second coral shrimp or a pair of clowns at this point be too much to add to the mix too?

If the tank is fully cycled then clowns should be fine. Keep an eye on the ammonia / nitrite for the first week and have some water on hand for a quick water change if needed. I'm not sure how seneitive the coral banded shrimp are, you might want to look that up. The rest of the CUC is fine and doesn't produce much load for the cycling bacteria.

Ha, I just realized your tank is 130 gal not 130 l. You should be fine with all of that (assuming it is cycled).

With no fish poo you will need to feed those critters. That Emerald will probably eat the snails if he is not well fed.
