I have a 55g long with 2 clownfish, 2 emerald crabs, around 12 hermit crabs and 2 cleaner shrimp. I also have a few zoanthids as well as a pulsing xenia and some green star polyps. My tank has around 50 pounds of live rock.

I dont plan on adding any livestock (both inverts and fish) for a month or so, but am looking for some stocking suggestions to get some ideas as to what i eventually want to add. I'd like a lively tank, but don't really want to overstock so what are suggestions? And what is my upper limit on wildlife?

Thanks

Blue green Chromis are a nice addition I have 8 in my tank but some people can't keep them in groups, always out and about.a blenny is always a good fish to have. Gobies. Probably the best thing to do is go on liveaquaria and do a bit of window shopping see what you like[emoji4]

Flasher wrasses can be fun but are carpet lovers if you don't have a screen top or the like. If you can find a small Tomini or Kole tang that might be fun. I'd avoid any tangs that grow large though - cramped space for them. You could also try a shrimp/goby pair if you don't mind a little substrate party. Good luck!

Maybe a diamond goby for cleaning the sand. firefish gobies are nice but skittish. Or a few lyretail anthias. Don't forget to make a screen top if you don't already have one, the fish listed are jumpers.
+1 for liveaquaria window shopping, I do it all the time!
