So i was excited to get home yesterday to work on the aquascape for the new Cube i have.
Unfortunately when i arrived home, the package had been stolen off my porch
I emailed BRS to see if they had insured the shipment for any reason, instead i got a response stating an "apology that this happened to me" and that they are sending me a new shipment of rock.
Blew me away that they would replace my order without insurance. BRS has definitely earned my return business.
Just thought i'd share an unfortunate experience turned great by BRS.
