I recently noticed stomata snails in my refugium and I have discovered these sessile things, they kinda look like shark eggs. They are very small and I was wondering if they are stomata snail eggs? If not, what are they?

After inspection, I have found they do move, so that rules ou eggs. So what are are they? @KJ

Yeah I've found out they're acoel flatworms but I can't find out if they're bad or good and what effect they have

They're not bad directly (they dont eat coral or bother fish) rather the trouble with them comes with their numbers. They can repopulate into insane numbers and cover coral causing the coral to die out. A natural predator such as a wrasse or something more extreme like flatworm exit may help.

They're only in my fuge and I've got filter floss before the return pump so they cant get into dt, but I read they eat pods which I want a lot of. Would it be extreme to get a blue velvet nudibranch?

I would just siphon them out as you see them.
And stomatellas broadcast spawn....
