Is this stomatella snail ?


I saw something strange pop in specific frequency from distance I grab my phone and I saw this happy snail.
By the way , Super fast creature.

What's next , I'll have some hundred thousand stomatellas soon ? Or my nitrates will hit sky lol

yes,,, they breed by spawning, I turn my UV and skimmer when I see them doing that... so that I get more.

if you had another stomatella somewhere ejecting sperm around the same time, then yes. Otherwise - just another tasty snack for the smallest fish on the reef.
The mass released is much less than one dead stomatella snail - so no concern about big nutrient release.
