I fount this guy on the back wall of my 90 GAL this morning. I think its a stomatella and ust wanted to get verification. I understand they are good grazers and can stay. Right now its in a livestock bag floating in my fuge. Should I put it back in the DT or release it into the fuge?

Definitely a Stomatella. They come in several different colors, even from the same parents. Some of them have purple/pink shells. They will rapidly breed in your aquarium if you don't have critters that will eat them. In my own aquarium I saw a sight one time where they all went to the top of the rocks and released their eggs and sperm at the exact same time. They also do clean your aquarium quite effectively. IMO you cannot have enough of these wonderful snails. Careful, when you pick them up they will drop their tails and run off while their tail is still wiggling.

Thanks Mike. This guy will be released into the Refugium. Should reduce the amount of cleaning there. There is a bit of algae buildup on the walls.

Def. stomatella. mine breed in my pico pretty much every week..hoping too eventually see some babies make it to maturity
