I know these are considered good hitchhikers.....but how efficient are they as a member of the CUC? For example, if turbo snails are a 10/10 in regards to grazing, where would you place the stomatells? The reason I ask, is that they are multiplying like crazy (I went from seeing one large one to 20+ everytime the lights go out). If they do a decent job then I won't worry about replacing any of my purchased snails when they go missing.

If u don't want them I will gladly take them off of your hands.

If you have a few to spare like 6 and want to get rid of them. I will pay shipping.

I take it they are good members of the CUC then? I don't have any plans to get rid of them but I have no problem sending you some. Right now, they are too small....I only have two big ones (nickel/quarter sized) and the rest are all tiny babies. The two adults grew extremely fast.

I would say 10/10 also just on the sheer fact that they will multiply and decrease in numbers as you tank needs. I have yet to refresh my CUC mainly because of the stomatellas and colonista snail that hitch hiked in also. Between the two I feel no need to ever add any other snails except for sand stirrers.

Great....thanks for the replies. I will just continue to let them multiply and not worry about replenishing my CUC.

Anyone that has about 6 big snails let me know.. I will pay shipping no problem.
