Storing RO/DI water?

How long can ro/di water be stored if it’s covered and in a big plastic bin? I have to move again and where I’m moving to does not have appropriate water for a ro/di system. So I’m going to start making up water at my current place and storing it.... I have to be out of current house by the end of August. Is there any problem with storing the water for a couple of weeks before use?

I worked at a Coral Shop for 3 years and we had a 7ft tall 500gal heavy thick plastic storage tank we filled with RODI water for our systems and to sell to customers. I don't ever remember draining the thing completely. It always had RODI in it on a continuous basis. It always tested out less than 1ppm TDS.
