I have 2) 5gal buckets I normally fill with rodi water for top off .
both are cleaned prior to each filling .
When adding the water the tds is always 0 but over the period of a few days , testing tds again it’s always elevated .
10-12 ppm

is this normal ?
Is there a way to store rodi water at 0ppm Tds and will remain at 0 for a week or longer ?

Short answer is no.

Long answer is that RO water doesn't like to stay at 0 tds. The water is so pure it dissolves particles from the air or small amounts of residue in the bucket. Don't worry about it this is harmless and most of these dissolved solids would wind up in your tank or ATO water quickly anyway. As long as the unit produces 0 TDS water you can store it in a covered container and use it later.

Agree 100%

RODI is similar in effect to distilled. Distilled though can have copper traces from the boiling equipment.
Copy sticking to ro ! By chance would you now a good salt mix that doesn’t have a lot of nutrients ? I have coral but I’ve read some salts have a lot more compared to others trying to learn how to make my own salt and just buy the ro water.
