Strange animal ID help.

I was staring at my sump and saw this little guy "crawling" around the glass. He is about the size of a grain of rice. I have never seen anything like this before. Does anyone know what it is and of course is it good or bad?
I have a video too if the pictures aren't enough. It moves kinda like a jelly fish.

Flatworm of some sort.

While they're are harmless varieties, I wouldn't want a flatworm of any type in my tank.
