Who knows what it is and what it is called?

First impression, kind of looks like a declawed squat lobster. Is the picture of a molt, dead animal or live animal?

Gall crabs are cryptochirid crabs that burrow and live their entire lives within cavities they create in stony corals. While many of us have probably introduced corals with gall crabs in them, few of us may have noticed them because these crustaceans are tiny and cryptic (hence their name, Cryptochiridae). If your reef tank is stocked with stony corals (LPS and SPS alike), there’s a good possibility that you have gall crabs. If you see any strange cavities or bumps on a stony coral, take a closer look. If you see a little tick-like critter inside, you’ve got yourself a gall crab. These little guys are fairly harmless hitchhikers

It IS a decorator crab and Decorator crabs are crabs of several different species, belonging to the sub-family Majoidea, that use materials from their environment to hide from or ward off predators. They decorate themselves by sticking mostly sedentary animals and plants to their bodies as camouflage, or if the attached organisms are noxious, to ward off predators through decorating themselves to look less tasty to predators..

I think the important question is, which end is the head? If the top end is the head, yeah, could be a baby decorator. If the bottom end is the head, that's probably a gall crab.

Either way, harmless. Keep it! Decorator crabs may snip corals if they grow large, but can easily enough be caught out and rehomed or put in a fuge, and gall crabs are completely harmless aside from looking creepy.
