Strange Black worms

I have no idea what these are, I was running blue lights and then suddenly when I turned on white I see a explosion of these worms. They dissappear 20 minutes after the lights get turned on in the tank

Oh yeah, I sucked some out the tank and they were in fact black worms I just don't know what kind and used a Coral dip on them and they died
