Found this guy in my filter sock, any idea what he is?

I'm thinking maybe it is a centipede type, never seen one in my house and it was in my filter sock so I think I paniced a little. lol

dang i googled what a house centipede looks like and i regret it, ive never seen them in my house but god they look freaky.

Usually only out at night in damp places like your basement or a bathroom. Would rather run into a spider to be honest. These guys book it full speed when exposed to light and have caused a few unmanly screams at 3am in my residence lol.
