Firstly - Brilliant forum , I’ve read and learned so much already thank you. I don’t think I would have got a tank without this forum as a resource
I’ve had my marine tank for about 7 months now - levels are consistent, and fish are happy.
when I have been cleaning the filter (canister) recently strange alien like creatures are growing in the top compartment of the filter. Some are like almost soft coral structures, the others are like an egg sac - that when pressed squirt water out of them!
Any idea what they are? And whether I should remove them?
