strange green bacteria or algae, help id it

i ve been battling it for 3 months. I thought it was cyano now that i placed it under the microscope i am not sure anymore, maybe its an algae. Please have a look

Hey @Dan_P looks like those spherical cyano(maybe) cells aren't really all that rare.
To the OP, though it's not stringy cyanobacteria filaments, we think these are another growth form of cyano cells.

Its strange as the early stages it was light green and as time progressed it got darker. Still not sure what it is exactly

Cyanobacteria can develop into a thick film of cells.This could account for the deepening color.
