Strange Growth on Rock Flower Nem

Wondering if anyone knows what this tumorous looking growth on my rock flower is. I have 9 adults and about 9 babies and only one has the growth. I believe I started noticing it about 6 months ago.

Awesome! I just recently noticed that a couple of mine have some bubbles forming as well. Yours has a way more pronounced bubble than mine, real gem for sure! I have around 60-70 and only notice a bubble type growth on around 5.
