Strange looking algae

Some odd looking algae is growing in the tank, I am able to siphon it off, but it keeps coming back. I am using GGO and carbon,24/7, but it is not helping. Any ideas as to what it is, and how to get rid of it? It is grey in color.

Hard for me to tell anything from the pics but if u have an algae issue look into vibrant, it is the destroyer of algae. U need to be careful when using that stuff, it works really well and u can end up with a nasty case of cyano or dinos if u over do it.

i think it’s chrysophyte algae

also, things in bottles are just cheap fixes.
