Strange looking worms in sand bed

I’m currently battling some dinos and have been noticing these strange black/grey looking worms. I don’t visually see them moving so I’m unsure if they’re dead or some sort of organic matter

Anyways, why not dig one up, and get a better pic if it’s not moving?

Do not dig them up bare handed, if they are bristle worms, they hurt something awful.
