Strange lump on fish

My fish has a strange lump on it that has gotten bigger over time. He eats with no problem. Has anyone seen anything like this before? See pictures.

My fish has a strange lump on it that has gotten bigger over time. He eats with no problem. Has anyone seen anything like this before? See pictures.

Appears to be a cyst but may also be internal. Treat in a separate tank using Seachem Kanaplex which is absorbed by the fish. Also refrain from feeding any pellets until this subsides but feed brine shrimp for now
