Strange red tentacles on frag

I just noticed recently on my scrambled eggs zoa frag there’s some red tentacles that seemed to make a circle and have a mouth in the middle , does anybody know what this is ? In the white light it’s clear tentacles with white ends

yeah the picture is too blurry but it looks like it could be some palythoa, feather duster, or aiptasia

It's a corallimorph, aka "ball anemone". It's in the same family as mushrooms. Neat to have!

Why would you want to??

I would guess putting kalk paste (or Aiptasia-x or similar) over the entire coral would kill it... But again, I don't know why you'd want to. Sell/give it to someone locally if you don't want to keep it.
