Strange reddish pod/worm great swimmer loves light?

Discovered a rather large pod or something that was able to swim across my tank (20g with 800gph total flow at night) and follow my flashlight. He would disappear when I turned it off and as soon as it was back on he right there against the glass wiggling at it. He is skinny and long (apx a cm) reddish colored has either hundred of legs or spines and two big black eyes. I caught him and was able to get a few photos the best I could but he wiggles a bunch and is hard to focus on.

He is currently in his own cup. Anything that can swim that well and deliberate worries me. Maybe an Epitoke of a bristle worm or something.

Sounds like free fish food to me. I would put it back. Doesn’t look dangerous to anything but himself.

Epitoke would have been my guess.
