Strange spot on new yellow tang

Yellow tang arrived today and I noticed a spot on its side. Any ideas what it may be

Is that on his fin or body? Either way I’d start with a FW dip to check for flukes

It's on the body. Looks like the scales are sluffed off maybe from being in a bag but don't want to take any chances
