Strange spots on Naso. What is this?

Added this Naso yesterday. I noticed these spots last night, then they just disappeared and now, they are back today. No signs of distress, no one bothering him and the spots are totally uniform. I am puzzled.
Can anyone tell me what's going on?

He's stressed. Some fish will change color/pattern when they are stressed

Definitely stress give him a few days to acclimate
