That's a sponge - most are harmless/beneficial filter-feeders.

Can someone help me identify these critters? They are all over the glass and the water column. I have live sand, live rock, a clownfish, peppermint shrimp, and corals. Never purchased copepods and I just don't know how I got them.

Those look like pods to me. If they are pods, they can hitchhike into tanks. It could have come from the sand, rock, or coral.

....it probably came from the sand I bought. Cause I moved all of the live rock, and hermit crabs, peppermint shrimp and clown fish to a bigger tank but the old tank had gravel in it and I wanted sand in the new tank.
