Hey I was wondering if anyone could tell me what is on my gsp and what should I do

Do you have a pic with whites on? Looks like sponges if you're talking about the whitish spots
I don’t now I could post one tomorrow it is white and he opens fine if it is a sponge is it gonna do anything?

Looks like sponges then. They are good filter feeders. I'm not sure if they will irritate the coral or not, but I doubt it.
 
Pineapple sponges, you can remove with a soft tooth brush is you like.
 
Hey guys today I noticed there’s what look like sponges same color as the pineapple sponge but are strands not in any real shape. Are they actually sponges or? If needed I can post a picture later today
 
down at the bottom of the frag looks like aiptasia.. or something similar.. as mentioned before a pic with white lights will help
 
Looks like all sponge to me. The matting of GSP will grow all kinds of things, its perfectly normal. Like stated above, use a soft toothbrush to remove. Every few months I have use this method to free up detritus caught in between.
