Strange thing

Can anyone please help me identifying this strange thing in the wave maker and On the back glass? I dont know if it is good or bad to the reef... I am a newbie in this área.... Thanks in advance

Looks bacterial, it should go away in time.

Particles floating are common with systems that don't have a overflow box. Do you have a sump?

Maybe run some carbon in the filter
