Strange things on a gorgonian

Hi all

Have a newish purple gorgonian, which had some large ish clumps of rock on it. These just looked lick rock lumps in the gorgegonian branches quite to start with but now seem to have grown some mouths... ? The white mouths open and close in a rythmic fashion. Only noticed after adding Mysis to feed the fish they were there and moving.

Any idea what they are?

Happy about the harness bit!!! Just added first fish and then found some strange mouths in the tank!!!
