Strange things on my cerith shell?

Yesterday i got three cerith and on one today i saw two of this things, still a newbie so i don’t have any idea if this could be a pest or not… sorry for the quality.

Looks like a micro feather duster but could be a hydroid

Its a tube worm emitting its fan to capture food and often ends up on snails

There are three on this one and probably one or two on the other snail, should i remove them or they can stay?

but could be a hydroid

Can hydroid be red? This things are clearly red, inside a white-ish tube.
If they are hydroids i should scrub them off outside the tank?

Either wat- scrub off. Then you prevent future expansion or colony
