Strange tunnels

Hello,

I just noticed a little tunnel system in my sand bed with 2 entrances. I don't see anything in the tunnels right now but ill keep watching. I would like to know what made this tunnel, im suprised its not collapsing because my sand is very fine and gets thrown about easily. (Also didn't know where to post this)

Some critters , Esp some worms, excrete a slime trail to help make tunnel walls.

I do have bristle worms but I didn't know they tunneled? They live on one rock and they never cross the sand even when I entice them with food lol
