That looks like sponges to me

It might be Chrysophytes, a Silicate based algae.

Appears to be a Clathrina type sponge, known as Leather Latticework Sponge. They are filter feeding that takes in dissolved organic matter and does not require any special feeding and does Not like bright light.

Makes sense... as ive only noticed them after i dosed silicates... will they be ok next to corals?
They can and will trail onto neighboring rock

yes ive noticed them spreading over rocks... will they be a bother or are they good for your tank?

Dont think that's a sponge and I think its what I have been battling. Its like a hair algae but white to clear. Yes?
