Strange white liquid in rock

Earlier today I was cleaning sand off of my rocks when some white liquid came out of a rock hole when I used the turkey baster near it. Is this dangerous? It almost immediately dissolved into my tank water. I dont know if this is toxic. The fish at the moment seem to be fine.

Yeah I think it may have been an old algae wafer I put in there for a blenny that he didn't eat. I don't have any aiptasia (knock on wood).
