Strange White Slime

I have this strange looking...frothy slimy stuff growing on rocks I just removed from my sump. Would love help identifying it.

Look like a bacteria mats. Did you dose any carbon?

I've never dosed carbon, however in the two hours that this bacteria and a vermatid infestation on the same rock have been in the tank, my giant spotted crab has eaten nearly all of it. Vermatids, bacteria and all.
